We set up some twitter statistics tools before the event on different websites, and if you’re interested in those, feel free to check out the links to the reports.
I do think these numbers are rather on the conservative side! Indeed, they only count the #SpaceUp and #Ariane6 hashtags, not the tweets using @SpaceUpParis or #SpaceUpParis (which we used before the event).
Heartfelt thanks to all of you who tweeted and retweeted… and to all the others who actually let the spacetweeps get away with spending so much time on phones, tablets & computers. Outreach matters!
To sum up:
#Ariane6
* Number of tweets sent : more than 550
* Contributors (number of people who tweeted or retweeted): more than 115
* Reach (sum of followers of all contributors): more than 130,000
* Timeline deliveries (sum of followers who received each tweet): more than 1,1 million
#SpaceUp
* Number of tweets sent : more than 4000
* Contributors (number of people who tweeted or retweeted): more than 400
* Reach (sum of followers of all contributors): more than half a million
* Timeline deliveries (sum of followers who received each tweet): more than 6,5 millions
